Nov to Jan---------------------$750 per hour (min 4 hours)
Staffing at $210 per staff
1-15 guests-included
16-29 guests-1 additional wait staff
30+ guests----2 additional wait staff
Guest Capacity: Minimum 20 guests
$240 Chef surcharge applies for under 20 guests
