Nov to Jan------------- $880 per hour (min 4 hours)
Guest Capacity: Minimum 10 guests
Staffing: requirements - $250 per Waitstaff
1 Waitstaff per 10 guests
Chef charge $260 applies if catering cost less then $1000
*Soft soled shoes only
*Wharf charges may be applicable
* 20% surcharge on NSW public holidays (Except, NYE, Chritmas and Mel Cup Day)
